Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – 1+ PQE, up to £75k DOE

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 1 year post‑qualification experience to join our growing property team in Essex. The role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload while contributing to the development of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential conveyancing matters, from straightforward freehold transactions to complex leasehold, new‑build and technical property issues.
• Provide practical, commercially‑focused legal advice to clients.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers and legal executives.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant residential conveyancing experience.
• Comfortable managing a broad range of property transactions, including complex matters.
• Commercially aware, highly organised and committed to excellent client service.
• Willing to support and develop junior team members.

Required skills

• Residential conveyancing expertise.
• Knowledge of leasehold, free‑hold and new‑build transactions.
