Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Woking

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team in Woking. The successful candidate will manage a high‑quality residential caseload and help expand our presence in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Handle files from instruction through to completion while meeting financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referrers and professional contacts.
• Contribute to business development and support the growth of the Woking office.

Required profile

• 2–3 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing (or solid experience with less PQE).
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude towards business development.
