Residential Property Manager – Rochester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to take ownership of a quality lettings portfolio in the Medway area. You will ensure smooth tenancy lifecycles, maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships, and uphold compliance standards for a successful independent agency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance issues from initial report to resolution.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and keep property management systems up‑to‑date.
• Deliver high levels of customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Arrange and conduct property inspections.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management, compliance, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong understanding of lettings compliance requirements (desirable).
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
• Calm and professional approach when handling issues or disputes.
• Confident communicator with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Full UK driving licence.
