About the role

We are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well‑established conveyancing team in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The role supports fee earners on a variety of residential property matters, providing essential administrative and legal assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third‑party service providers.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the firm’s case management system.
• Assist fee earners with research, drafting letters, and coordinating settlements.

Required profile

• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in residential conveyancing or a similar paralegal role.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in residential property law.
