Residential Property Paralegal – Worthing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Residential Property Paralegal to join a modern regional law firm in Worthing. The successful candidate will support experienced fee earners on a varied caseload of residential leasehold matters, ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with residential leasehold sales and purchases.
• Prepare legal documentation and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, managing agents and lenders.
• Review leasehold documentation and raise enquiries.
• Manage files and maintain accurate case records.
• Support fee earners throughout the conveyancing process.
• Provide an efficient and professional service to clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Residential Property or Conveyancing.
• Exposure to leasehold transactions is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive attitude with genuine interest in property law.

Required skills

• Confidence using case management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
