Residential Property Solicitor – 3+ Years PQE, Bristol

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join our growing Bristol team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters and contribute to the firm’s business development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑cycle residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Prepare and review deeds of easement, remortgage documentation, and sales and purchase agreements.
• Provide client advice from instruction through to completion, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting business development and networking activities.
• Prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years PQE handling residential property matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication, client care and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a busy team environment.
• Interest in business development and long‑term client relationship building.
