About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our highly regarded property team in High Wycombe. The role focuses on high‑net‑worth residential transactions across Buckinghamshire, delivering a personalised service to private individuals and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage high‑value residential transactions and new‑build acquisitions.
• Process transfers of equity, remortgages and unregistered land matters.
• Oversee residential development, plot sales and bridging finance transactions for lenders and borrowers.
• Support property investor portfolios and related conveyancing work.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in residential property law.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload of high‑value transactions.
• Motivation to develop a career within a collaborative, client‑focused practice.
