Residential Property Solicitor (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our close‑knit property team in Haywards Heath. This hybrid position offers one day of remote work per week and allows you to manage a varied residential property caseload while working alongside supportive colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Provide clear, professional advice to clients and liaise with other professionals such as conveyancers and mortgage advisers.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and firm procedures.
• Contribute to the development of the team by sharing knowledge and supporting junior members.

Required profile

• 2–3 years post‑qualification experience (or equivalent) in residential property law.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload with confidence.
• Strong communication and client‑care skills.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work well within a small team.
