Residential Property Solicitor – Hybrid, up to £60k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our growing property team in Bristol City Centre. The role offers a hybrid working model, a high‑quality caseload and a supportive environment where professional development and wellbeing are prioritised.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle a varied, high‑quality workload while meeting performance targets.
• Work closely with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide clear, concise, commercially practical advice.
• Maintain high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships.
• Contribute to business development and departmental growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE.
• Strong experience in residential property law.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for development.
