Residential Support Worker – Term‑time (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role
This position supports children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities in a residential setting. It is a term‑time only role, offering Monday‑to‑Friday work and the chance to help residents develop confidence and independence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day personal care and support for residents.
- Assist with activities that promote independence and social interaction.
- Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive living environment.
- Work collaboratively with the residential team to deliver high‑quality care.
Required profile
- Kind, patient and eager to learn.
- No prior care experience required.
- Willingness to work term‑time only (39 weeks per year).
- Ability to work Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.
Required skills
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to follow training and care procedures.
