Residential Surveyor – Up to £60k + Benefits

About the role

Join a Chartered Surveying practice delivering independent property advice, valuations and building surveys for residential and commercial clients. This full‑time permanent position is based in London or the Home Counties, with travel across the coverage area as required.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake RICS HomeBuyer Surveys and Red Book residential valuations.
• Carry out Level 3 Building Surveys where appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports using digital survey platforms.
• Manage your own diary and appointments with administrative support.
• Provide clients with practical advice and clear explanations throughout the process.
• Ensure all work complies with RICS standards and internal quality procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of surveying experience in a similar role.
• RICS qualified with current membership and eligibility for Registered Valuer status.
• Proven experience completing HomeBuyer Reports and Red Book valuations.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the allocated area.
