About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Adviser to join our Vodafone Partner store in Bath, located at 30‑31 Stall Street. You will work 37.5 hours per week, providing customers with friendly, knowledgeable service and helping them find the right solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Deliver a memorable, personalised shopping experience.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on the spot.
- Maintain store presentation and stock levels.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and commission goals.
Required profile
- Level‑headed and mature mindset.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and driven.
- Willingness to work weekdays and some weekends.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
