About the role

Join a busy Vodafone partner store in Salisbury as a Retail Adviser. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right mobile and broadband solutions while delivering a memorable, personalised experience.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Provide on‑the‑spot assistance and resolve any issues promptly.
Drive sales and meet performance targets through proactive selling.
Maintain a tidy, welcoming store environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.

Required profile

Level‑headed with a mature mindset.
Enthusiastic, energetic and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
