About the role
This one‑year Career Starter Apprentice programme blends classroom theory with hands‑on store work. You will join a close‑knit team in a fast‑paced Aldi store, gaining daily experience while working towards a Level 2 Retail qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Balance theoretical learning with practical duties on the shop floor.
- Support store operations under the guidance of managers and senior assistants.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
- Complete the Level 2 Retail qualification by the end of the programme.
- Transition to a fully‑qualified Store Assistant role upon successful completion.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about retail and eager to learn.
- Team‑oriented with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Motivated to achieve qualifications and progress within the company.
