Retail Customer Advisor

About the role

As a Retail Customer Advisor you will be the front‑line ambassador of Dobbies, delivering an exceptional in‑store experience. You will help customers with transactions, promote the Dobbies Club membership and support the overall smooth operation of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers across all store areas.
• Drive sales by promoting products and the Dobbies Club membership.
• Handle cash, stock deliveries, take‑to‑car services and stock‑control routines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist in restaurant or coffee‑shop services when required.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering great customer experiences with a smile.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Team‑player who builds relationships and celebrates success.
• Reliable, punctual, well‑presented and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
