Retail Merchandiser – POS (Part‑time, Jarrow)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Merchandiser to install supplier‑funded point‑of‑sale (POS) materials in Morrisons stores around Jarrow. The role involves visiting stores on scheduled days, setting up displays and ensuring they meet brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Install POS materials in designated Morrisons stores according to planograms and promotional briefs.
• Coordinate with store staff to gain access and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Capture photographic evidence and record details of each installation for reporting.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance, challenges and successes.
• Maintain professional presentation of client and supplier brands in‑store.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms.
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with store teams.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently across multiple locations.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for data capture and reporting.
