About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide confident, personalised advice on frames, lenses and accessories.
• Assist customers with frame adjustments, fittings and minor repairs.
• Support pre‑screening eye tests using the latest optical equipment.
• Handle administrative duties to keep the store operating smoothly.

Required profile

• Friendly and engaging communicator who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Enthusiastic about eyewear fashion and comfortable using digital tools.
• Positive team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products.
