About the role

Join Dreams Ltd as a Retail Sales Assistant in Bournemouth, working 25 hours per week to deliver exceptional in‑store experiences. You will guide customers through the buying journey, helping them find the perfect sleep solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, personalised service from greeting customers at the door to assisting them throughout their visit.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend high‑value products, using the Sleepmatch technology to match mattresses to sleep preferences.
• Maintain store presentation by tidying, cleaning and updating visual displays.
• Support the sales floor by handling enquiries, processing transactions and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Required profile

• People‑first attitude with an engaging, positive personality.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Motivated and determined, with a willingness to learn even without prior sales experience.
