Retail Sales Assistant & Driver (40 hrs) – Witney

About the role

Majestic Wine, the UK’s leading wine specialist, is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant and Driver to join its Witney store. You will support the store team, deliver exceptional customer service, and handle wine deliveries to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting KPI delivery.
• Provide market‑leading customer service, including a VIP concierge approach.
• Share product knowledge and pursue WSET qualification to enhance sales confidence.
• Maintain the store’s internal and external appearance and ensure compliance with health, safety and legal standards.
• Perform operational tasks such as delivering wine, merchandising stock, and handling customer calls to generate sales.
• Identify and suggest improvements to optimise store operations.
• Act as a key holder, managing opening and closing procedures responsibly.
