Key responsibilities
- Creating the ultimate premium guest experience for our chocolate‑loving customers.
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and making them feel genuinely welcome.
- Making personalized recommendations to help customers find the perfect Lindt gift or treat.
- Keeping our glamorous chocolate displays as appealing to the eyes as the chocolate is to the taste buds.
Required profile
- You have retail experience and a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused mindset.
- You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love meeting new people.
- You are reliable – you would rather be 15 minutes early than 2 minutes late.
- You have a natural knack for making everyone feel special.
