About the role
Join VPZ Newport as a Retail Sales Specialist, working in a fast‑growing vaping retail environment. You will deliver excellent customer service, support sales, and help maintain store operations on a part‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care and product advice.
- Drive retail sales and meet targets.
- Maintain accurate stock levels.
- Increase customer retention through high‑quality service.
- Assist the manager and team with day‑to‑day store operations.
Required profile
- Previous retail sales experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Legally permitted to work beyond a fixed 20‑hour week.
- Flexibility to cover additional hours and overtime as needed.
