About the role
Join VPZ Brentwood as a Retail Sales Specialist, working 20 hours per week in a fast‑growing vape retail environment. You will deliver excellent customer service, support sales, and help maintain store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care and product advice to shoppers.
- Drive retail sales and meet targets.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and perform stock checks.
- Increase customer retention through consistent high‑quality service.
- Assist the store manager and team with day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Previous retail sales experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Flexibility to work additional hours or overtime as needed.
- Legal right to work beyond a fixed 20‑hour week.
