About the role
VPZ, the UK's largest vaping retail business, is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist for its Gorgie store. The position is 20 hours per week at £12.71 per hour plus commission, with expert training, career progression and a 25-50% staff discount. Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care and advice
- Handle retail sales
- Keep stock levels accurate
- Retain customers by delivering consistently high levels of service
- Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store
Required profile
- Retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment is ideal
- Applicants must be legally permitted to work beyond a fixed 20 hours per week, as the role requires flexibility including regular additional hours and overtime
- Must be 18 years old or above
