Retail Store Colleague – Customer Service

About the role
Join JD Group as a Store Colleague and be the front‑line ambassador for our sports‑fashion and outdoor brand. You will help create an energetic, welcoming environment for customers while keeping the shop floor tidy and well‑stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm, offering product advice and support.
- Maintain visual standards by keeping displays clean, organized and on‑brand.
- Replenish stock on the floor and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Process sales transactions and handle returns in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
