Retail Store Manager – Apple

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering the unique Apple customer experience. You will be responsible for coaching, developing and empowering team members while ensuring the store meets performance and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high‑performing team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Participate actively on the floor, modelling excellent customer interactions and guiding teammates.
• Recruit, train, retain and grow talent in line with Apple’s inclusion and diversity values.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary and collaborating with leadership.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets and maintain confidentiality of business information.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to inspire inclusive leadership.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); sign language support where applicable.
• Ability to make timely, data‑informed decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
