Retail Store Manager

About the role

Dreams Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to lead its Stockport store. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and developing a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach the store team to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive store environment, promote best practices and foster teamwork.
• Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure optimal coverage.
• Monitor store standards, conduct regular floor walks and uphold visual merchandising guidelines.
• Drive business initiatives, share insights and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven retail or commercial sales experience with a track record of store and team management.
• Commercially minded, results‑driven and comfortable making decisions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience meeting performance targets.
