About the role
Apricot is looking for a knowledgeable Retail Supervisor to join its fashion retail team at its Sheffield store (Meadowhall). The post is permanent and part time, at 29.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.48 to £14.03. The supervisor works within the store senior team, providing strong product knowledge and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team and support the Assistant Manager and Manager
- Ensure all store KPIs and targets are met
- Maintain shop floor image and excellent housekeeping standards, including external areas and the stockroom
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and sales targets
- Follow operational procedures such as deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment
- Take part in all training opportunities and integrate proactively with all team members
Required profile
- Team leading experience
- Stock management experience
- Knowledge of company procedures
- Customer service focus, interest in fashion, flexible and adaptable, motivated and keen to learn new skills
