Retail Supervisor – Full‑Time (Scunthorpe)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor to join our shop in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. This permanent, full‑time position offers a stable 39‑hour week across a variety of shifts, including weekends, and provides an opportunity to develop your retail management career.

Key responsibilities

• Support the store manager in leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Take full responsibility for shop operations in the manager’s absence, including opening, closing, cash handling and order placement.
• Ensure deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy environment.
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste and payroll.
• Develop and coach retail assistants to improve performance.
