Retail Supervisor – Full‑time (Worcester)

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our Worcester store on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will work a guaranteed 39‑hour week across a variety of shifts, supporting the store manager and ensuring a high‑standard shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Take full responsibility for shop operations in the manager’s absence, including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle cash, process transactions and manage till reconciliation.
• Place orders, receive deliveries and maintain stock levels.
• Control operational costs by monitoring shrinkage, waste and payroll.
• Maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop environment.

• Willingness to be flexible with availability, including weekends.

Required skills

• Cash handling and till management.
• Basic stock ordering and inventory control.
