Retail Supervisor (Part‑time, 16 hrs/week)

About the role
Join Savers as a part‑time Supervisor and help lead a dynamic retail team in Gateshead. You’ll work 16 hours a week with flexible shift options, supporting store operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store and Assistant Manager in day‑to‑day store activities.
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock levels.
- Ensure health, safety and company policies are followed.
- Engage with the local community and represent the Savers brand.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Strong desire to develop personal and team skills.
- Passion for the products sold and for delivering great customer experiences.
