About the role
As a Supervisor at Savers you will roll up your sleeves and lead a dynamic retail team, ensuring each day runs smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coach the store team to deliver exemplary results.
- Engage with the local community and act as a brand ambassador for Savers.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve store performance.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Enthusiastic about developing personal skills and helping others grow.
- Passionate about the products sold by Savers.
- People‑focused with a commitment to excellent customer service.
