Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the retail team, fostering collaboration, coaching, training and up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Maintain impeccable shop‑floor standards, oversee daily opening and closing operations, and ensure attractive visual merchandising.
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team to meet and exceed targets, identifying growth opportunities and tracking KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences, resolve concerns promptly and represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with professionalism.

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Confident, reliable motivator with a talent for inspiring others.
• Experienced across all retail areas, from stock control to visual merchandising.
• Strong communicator able to engage at all levels and provide constructive feedback.
• Proactive, results‑driven with a proven track record of achieving goals.
