Risk Assurance and Advisory Assistant – Graduate Programme

About the role

Join Menzies LLP on a fixed‑term graduate programme as a Risk Assurance and Advisory Assistant. You will support not‑for‑profit and public sector clients in evaluating and improving their risk management, governance and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assurance and consulting services to enhance governance, risk management and control processes.
• Evaluate how clients manage risks, run their businesses and whether internal processes are effective.
• Work on projects covering board‑level governance, strategic planning, value for money, HR, health and safety, and front‑line operations.

Required profile

• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges.
• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• At least two A‑levels (A‑C) plus a third A‑level or equivalent.
• Five GCSEs (A*‑C) including Maths and English Language.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
