Risk & Compliance Support 12-Month Fixed-Term

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused individual to join our Risk & Compliance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is based in Watford and will support a range of risk and compliance activities, primarily handling Subject Access Requests (SARs) and assisting with the administration of our risk and control framework.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage Subject Access Requests in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support the maintenance and administration of the risk and control framework.
• Handle confidential data with integrity and accuracy.
• Assist with data‑related tasks and reporting for compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are met.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
