Risk Management PMO Manager (Financial Crimes)

About the role

The Financial Crimes Program Management Office (PMO) within International Card Services is seeking a Risk Management PMO Manager. You will drive progress on AML, KYC and other regulatory initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and clear reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Review Regulatory Change Management (RCM), operational risk events, corrective action plans, new intakes and audit findings, and gate‑keep to prioritize AML regulatory drivers.
• Apply the risk assessment and tiering model to quantify regulatory impact and support prioritisation decisions.
• Conduct bi‑weekly reviews with financial‑crimes leadership to manage the international backlog and stack‑rank initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, technology and control teams to define and align AML requirements with regulatory needs.
• Prepare items in advance of regulatory deadlines and feed them into Technology Program Increment (PI) planning sessions.
• Support accurate requirements documentation and end‑to‑end reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience in risk management, financial crimes, AML or regulatory compliance environments.
