About the role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join an East Sussex based SME. The role is hands‑on, commercial and focused on supporting owner‑managers to grow and scale the business.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with owner‑managers to provide financial insight and support business growth.
- Lead and develop the finance team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain a commercial outlook while handling day‑to‑day financial control activities.
Required profile
- Fully qualified finance professional.
- Proven experience in a similar financial controller role within a growing business.
- Willingness to work office‑based.
- Strong communication skills.
