Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel in Central London

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Soho House’s Little House Mayfair, you will ensure guest rooms and suites are immaculate, comfortable, and presented to the brand’s high standards. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in meticulous cleaning, works independently, and values discretion in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities, maintaining consistency and presentation.
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report faults promptly.
• Handle guest belongings with care and confidentiality.
• Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy, well‑stocked condition.
• Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, using chemicals and PPE correctly.
• Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assist with turndown service or special requests as needed.
• Keep hallways, stairwells, and service areas clean and clutter‑free.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years experience in a busy, high‑profile hospitality venue.
• Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
• Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude.
