About the role

The Caledonian Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain the high standards of its luxury guest rooms. You will play a key part in delivering a seamless and comfortable experience for guests, ensuring each room reflects the hotel’s elegance and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to luxury standards.
• Replenish linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring they meet brand expectations.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and supplies fully stocked and organised.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and housekeeping queries.
• Follow all health, safety, security, and sustainability procedures.

Required profile

• Proud of delivering immaculate standards and detail‑oriented.
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage workload efficiently.
• Calm, professional, and respectful of guest privacy.
• Positive team player with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends.
