About the role

Joining Little Pioneers is dedicated to pioneering great futures for children and practitioners alike. As a Room Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care and early education within our nursery.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance and high performance.
• Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the room team.
• Support colleagues in delivering exceptional care and early education, meeting performance standards.
• Promote team engagement and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Required profile

• Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (cost covered).
• Open, honest and compassionate attitude.
• Passionate about early years and working with children.
