Rotational Clinical Pharmacist – London Bridge Hospital

About the role

We are seeking a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team at London Bridge Hospital, a leading private healthcare provider rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. The role offers exposure to a wide range of specialist services across three main hospital buildings and several outpatient centres.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert medicines management advice to multidisciplinary teams.
• Support safe and effective prescribing practices across specialist clinical areas.
• Promote appropriate use of medicines and facilitate use of patients' own medications when suitable.
• Ensure timely and effective supply of medicines throughout the hospital.
• Rotate through orthopaedic, spinal, colorectal, gastroenterology, hepatology, cardiology, oncology, haematology and critical care units.

Required profile

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Post‑graduate diploma or master’s degree in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
• Post‑qualification experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
