RPG Developer – Hybrid Role in Leeds

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RPG Developer to join our Leeds‑based team on a hybrid schedule (three days in the office). You will work on a large client application serving the distribution sector, developing new features and providing ongoing support for key customer solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPG ILE applications for major customers.
• Provide technical support and enhancements for existing customer systems.
• Carry out in‑house development projects as required.
• Collaborate with clients to refine specifications before coding.
• Contribute to the company’s innovation strategy and help grow the development team.

Required profile

• Highly proficient RPG developer with a proven track record.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work autonomously.
• Proactive attitude towards improving specifications and processes.
