About the role
NIJobs, part of The Stepstone Group, is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to own the full B2B sales cycle. You will join a high‑performing, supportive sales team focused on delivering value to HR and recruitment professionals across SMB and corporate markets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage your own pipeline of SMB and corporate clients through outbound calling and prospecting.
- Conduct consultative conversations with HR/recruitment decision‑makers to understand needs and close new business.
- Onboard, nurture, and grow the accounts you win, ensuring long‑term customer value.
- Meet clear monthly targets with full visibility on performance and earnings.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or agency recruitment.
- Proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, pipeline building, and closing deals.
- Resilient, ambitious and motivated to overcome challenges.
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision‑makers.
