About the role

The Sales Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts for Infinics, a proactive IT managed services provider. Based remotely but within commuting distance of Hull, you will ensure high customer satisfaction while driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships, delivering tailored IT solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular communication and updates to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Track sales targets and report on pipeline progress.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B technology sales experience.
  • Proven account management and customer satisfaction track record.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to organise, multitask and work independently.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
