About the role
The Sales Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts for Infinics, a proactive IT managed services provider. Based remotely but within commuting distance of Hull, you will ensure high customer satisfaction while driving new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships, delivering tailored IT solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular communication and updates to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- Track sales targets and report on pipeline progress.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B technology sales experience.
- Proven account management and customer satisfaction track record.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to organise, multitask and work independently.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets.

- Base salary of £30,000 per year plus uncapped commission.
