About the role

Radius is looking for a Sales Account Manager with strong experience in data centre solutions. The role focuses on maintaining existing revenue streams and generating new business within the Enterprise and System Integrator sectors across the UK.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow current revenue across an assigned account base.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders involved in data centre procurement and related services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business drivers and map them to Radius products and services.
  • Analyse market position versus competitors and tier accounts based on growth potential.
  • Create detailed account development plans for strategic customers to drive profitable revenue.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and associated KPIs.

Required profile

  • Significant quota‑bearing sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre technology, telecoms, XaaS, AI, and e‑commerce ecosystems.
  • Experience in engineering or technical environments, preferably within telecoms, hosting, co‑location or managed services.
  • Familiarity with the UK data centre market, key players and their USPs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC); additional language skills (French, German, Japanese or Russian) are a plus.
