Sales Account Manager – Timber Division

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager in Hilti’s Timber division, you will drive growth and customer satisfaction across the construction sector in Yorkshire and Humberside. You will become the go‑to expert for customers, visiting sites to position solutions that boost productivity, safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer locations and construction sites across your territory, Monday to Friday.
• Engage with existing, new and returning customers to build strong relationships, generate leads and close sales daily.
• Proactively plan and manage your sales pipeline, combining proven methods with creative thinking to uncover new opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Hilti products, market trends and competitor activity to provide solution‑focused advice.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Resilience, adaptability and confidence engaging stakeholders from site operators to managing directors.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer pain points.
• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than six points.
