Sales Administrator – Customer Service Advisor

About the role

This permanent position is for an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator within an established apparel company in Dukinfield. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls courteously and provide professional assistance.
• Take and accurately process customer orders via phone using the SAGE system.
• Process internet orders and maintain the website tracking system.
• Raise and progress internal manufacturing orders.
• Raise and progress external product orders to meet customer requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer queries, ensuring satisfaction with outcomes.

What we offer

• Salary: £24,000‑£26,000 per year.
• Working hours: Mon‑Thu 08:45‑17:00, Fri 08:45‑15:45.
• Start date: ASAP.
