Sales Administrator & Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organised Sales Administrator & Customer Service Advisor to join our Portsmouth team at Radiators 4u. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them from order placement through to delivery, while keeping the sales workflow running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via our website, eBay and Amazon.
• Answer enquiries by telephone and email, providing updates on orders, deliveries, returns and product information.
• Contact customers proactively about delays or unavailable items.
• Verify order details and payments for accuracy and security.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and order records.
• Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for product specifications.
• Help improve internal procedures and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or sales administration.
• Confident, professional telephone manner and strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Independent yet collaborative work style.

Required skills

• Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system.
