About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join a busy, supportive team in Milton Keynes. Working from our office, you will provide essential administrative support to the sales function, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Process and input customer sales orders accurately.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM system, keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar sales support role.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
