Sales Administrator – Support Sales Team

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our fast‑growing business in Fleet. You will play a pivotal part in supporting the sales team, handling customer and partner enquiries, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with quotes, orders and customer requests.
• Manage and respond to customer and partner enquiries.
• Maintain and update data within Salesforce CRM.
• Process sales orders accurately and support order fulfilment.
• Help with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the business.
• Act as a primary point of contact for colleagues and customers.
