Sales Advisor – Customer Service (Telecom)

About the role

Join EE's vibrant North Tyneside contact centre as a Sales Advisor. You will handle inbound calls from existing customers, helping them choose the best phone, broadband or tech product for their needs while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and assess their requirements.
• Recommend suitable EE products, including mobile phones, broadband packages and accessories.
• Provide clear information on pricing, promotions and contract terms.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Document interactions accurately in the company system.

Required profile

• Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for talking to people.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing role is desirable.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to match customer needs with the right product.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
